Meetings Tab
When you need to schedule a meeting with the Bookkeeper360 team, it is definitely essential to be able to see your team’s availability and schedule some time without the back-and-forth of emails.
The Bookkeeper360 Meetings page is a way for you to connect with your team at Bookkeeper360, as well as review upcoming and past meetings.
You can access our Meetings page by navigating to "Account Management" on the left-hand navigation bar, and click "Meetings" from the dropdown.
How to Use Meetings Page
To schedule a new meeting please follow these steps:
Select 'New Meeting'
Choose the picture of the representative you would like to meet.
A calendar page will display for the current month. Select the options that most apply to your conditions. Date>Proper Timezone>Length of Meeting>Time Slot>. The available time slots are guided by the calendar of the representative.
Click 'Schedule'. This will add the event to the selected representative's calendar. Will also send a calendar invite to yourself. The meeting link will be included in that calendar invitation.
If you cannot attend the meeting previously scheduled within the app, you can cancel this by going to the meetings tab and select "Cancel".
