Bookkeeper360 App Support + Help
There are a few ways you can get support on the Bookkeeper360 App and its many features. We have a dedicated support team available for any questions, concerns or issues you may have.
Chat us directly with our App Messenger, anytime.
The Messenger will appear when you login to the Bookkeeper360 App and is located on the bottom right corner of your portal.
Click the orange chat bubble to open the messenger:
You can chat us directly with your questions/support needs, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you need help with a particular feature of the Bookkeeper360 App, you can search our support guides for information on how to utilize and troubleshoot them.
Click “Search for help” and type out the feature name or question you have.
Email our support team directly on “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
Please give us a little information on what you are needing help with, as well as:
Feature/Page the issue is happening on (if applicable)
Brief Description of what is going on
Any applicable screenshots
Contact your Client Advisor
If you encounter any issues with the Bookkeeper360 App or have some questions, comments, or feedback, you can also reach out directly to your Client Advisor/Bookkeeper360 Team. Your Client Advisor will direct your question to the appropriate department to get your issue resolved.
